reformer basics
Reformer Basics is designed for all experience levels—whether you're brand new to Reformer Pilates or a seasoned pro. Expect to move through foundational exercises with the option to modify or level up based on your body’s needs.
reformer strength
This resistance-focused class is all about slow, controlled sequences and deep muscle engagement. Expect a well-rounded, full-body burn that challenges your stability through athletic movement and takes your practice to the next level.
spicy strength
Push, pull, hinge, and squat your way through this scorcher of a class, where traditional resistance training meets fluid Reformer sequences. Expect slow, controlled movements that will challenge your strength, stability, and endurance.
Prerequisite: at least two reformer strength classes.
stretch & flow
A mindful blend of Classical Pilates and yoga-inspired movement, Stretch & Flow will leave you feeling grounded and restored. Move through gentle exercises that support mobility, release tension, and nurture your mind-body connection. Offering you space to reset, this class is ideal for active recovery days.

This Reformer class is designed for adults 55+ who are focused on building strength and stability with longevity in mind. Through resistance training, balance work, and joint-friendly movement, you’ll develop muscle, support bone health, and enhance coordination—all in a challenging yet low-impact setting.
